Thank you to my beautiful guest Amber. The amount of juicy information this woman has is phenomenal. I feel so grateful that she shared her precious time with me.

Amber is a Physiotherapist and Senior Physiotherapist at Roar Physio. With a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Notre Dame University. Amber was TEE Dux of the school in 2008 and also Belle of the ball. Our Highschool asked her to go back in 2014 to be the keynote speaker which she is very proud of!

What’s the episode about?

We speak about sound healing, breath work, women’s health, female orgasm, pelvic floor issues, delayed onset muscle soreness, rehabbing for injuries, different body types and soooo much more!! Of course we talk about DEATH and Ambers loved ones!

Amber’s voice is so soothing and such a warm hug, she’s nonjudgmental and shares about her own injury journeys along with some very powerful personal family stories. She shares about her journey of being a rebel in school to then becoming a Physiotherapist and loving it! Body image is a big theme throughout the conversation as well.

This was before covid so there is no mention of it in this episode. Amber has also gotten married and had two babies since recording this episode - Congratulations lovely lady!
