This episode in particular is around Trust. Part of the healing seems to require us to FEEL the thing we are healing. This was a painful yet beautiful realisation for me and moving forward in the world - connecting back with who I truly am - this really helps. I shared this in the hopes that it helps someone else. This was also me practicing some more vulnerability as I move through life.
