I wanted to introduce myself, as I hadn't really taken the time to do that yet. The podcast just began as if it had always been :). So here's a little about me.

I create a safe space for others to heal themselves in the energy work I do with people, I hold various workshops and give talks trying to empower people and show them they can heal themselves.
